About COUNSELLINGWork
At COUNSELLINGWork, I offer a warm, professional, and bespoke therapeutic approach for children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families. I currently work from both Harley Street and Eastbourne, whilst also supporting clients across the UK and overseas through online therapy sessions.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. Many people come to counselling feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or struggling with difficult life experiences and relationships. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted.
As an Integrative Therapist, I tailor therapy around you as an individual, recognising that no two people or life experiences are ever the same. I work relationally and collaboratively, helping clients explore emotions, understand patterns, develop emotional resilience, and gain greater clarity and self-awareness.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity, relationship difficulties, addiction, grief, low self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide the opportunity to better understand yourself and create meaningful lasting change.
At COUNSELLINGWork, therapy is not about judgement or pressure — it is about creating a space where you feel emotionally safe enough to explore, reflect, grow, and move forwards at your own pace.
