WHAT IS WORKPLACE COUNSELLING?

Workplace counselling is a one to one therapy based service offered to an employee in a safe space and on a confidential basis.

Any organisation whether large or small and irrespective of the sector it operates within will from time to time benefit from the services of a trained counsellor or therapist.

It is common for employees to suffer stress, anxiety or even depression at work and these issues if left unchecked could have long term damaging effects not only on the employee but the wider organisation. Confidentiality is the key to any therapy undertaken.as the employee needs to be assured that any communication with the counsellor is strictly privileged.
